Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for an Assembly Technician. In this position, the successful candidate will perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. Reads, collects and records data. 

Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment, including wearing clean room garments. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multi-tasking is a plus. 

Work hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
