We are seeking friendly, reliable Baristas to join our growing juice bar team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in preparing high-quality food and beverages.
Prepare smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, lattes, and other menu items according to recipes
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests
Accurately take orders and process payments using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep areas, and dining space
Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods
Must be at least 16 years old
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Availability to work weekends, mornings, or evenings preferred
Barista, café, or restaurant experience
Interest in health, wellness, or food & beverage
Prior experience handling cash or POS systems
