💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant , you’ll work directly with our nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through in-person events and outreach campaigns .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Supporting on-site event logistics : setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and breakdown

• Engaging with the public and donors to share campaign goals and inspire involvement

• Managing event materials , inventory, and communications

• Assisting with donor data collection , reporting, and follow-ups

• Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful event outcomes

• Participating in team training sessions to develop event and outreach skills
