We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support and streamline our internal and external communications efforts. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who excels in written communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to manage the flow of information across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and draft internal communications, announcements, and newsletters

  • Assist in the creation and editing of press releases, reports, and client communications

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all messaging platforms

  • Support leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and briefing documents

  • Monitor and manage communication schedules and calendars

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure accuracy

  • Conduct research to support content development and communication strategies

  • Track communication metrics and assist in the preparation of performance reports

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, editorial, or administrative support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with project management tools and internal communications software is a plus

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams
