Job Description

DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR – Corporate office in Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $25-$28/hour, plus monthly cell phone $75.00 & auto allowance $50.00.
Experience is required - CRM, SEO, SEM, PPC, Facility Management Software (Sitelink or similar).
Some travel will be necessary and will be compensated. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
Mileage paid for travel to current & new sites.
Core Responsibilities:

• Manage all paid media channels (Google, Yelp, BBB, etc.).
• Oversee Reputation Management & Social Media (Birdeye).
• Send tenant reviews to RM/DM as soon as possible and post response upon receipt from DM/OC.
• Maintain the corporate website, storamericastorage.com, adding specials/promotions, events, PR, and other content as needed.
• Integrate online transaction capabilities (online rental platform) and procure tracking phone numbers in relation to website and other online listings.
• Manage website metrics and analytics.
• Measure, track, and report online marketing performance and trends to senior staff (budgeting, forecasting, etc. for SEO, SEM, PPC).
• Acquisitions liaison.

Additional Duties:

• Manage link-building opportunities, designed to increase traffic to website.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing/online agencies/partners.
• Manage domain registrations, updates and renewals.
• Maintain Trello and restructure as needed (realignments, transfers, personnel changes, etc.).
• Travel to facilities to capture photo and video content; edit and store photo and video files to be used online and in company marketing materials.
• Process and approve invoices for marketing vendors and negotiate contract renewals.
• Monitor and address CCPA Requests with legal department and respond as needed.
• Newsletter logistics, content, photography, layout, distribution, etc.
• Check website inquires daily and direct accordingly.
