Join Our Team as a Event Staff at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction As an Event Staff member, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. Our organization hosts a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. In this role, you will assist with various aspects of event preparation and execution, including set-up and tear-down of event spaces, guest services, and coordination of vendors. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and tear-down of events, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any issues that arise during the event.
• Manage registration and check-in processes to ensure smooth attendee flow and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with vendors, ensuring that deliveries and services are executed as per the event schedule.
• Monitor event progress, keeping track of timelines and making adjustments as needed to ensure everything runs on time.
• Support catering staff in serving food and beverages as well as maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for long periods during events.
• Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
