Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is not looking for a "worker." We are looking for a Trailblazer. This is a 1099 sales role for the professional who wants to own the Austin market and get paid exactly what they are worth. If you are frustrated by salary caps and corporate red tape, this is the environment you’ve been looking for.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for:

• Territory Domination: Canvassing high-potential neighborhoods to find new opportunities.
• Expert Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to identify storm damage.
• Closing: Turning prospects into contracts through confident, direct communication.
• Pipeline Management: Moving leads through the system with speed and urgency.

THE PAYOFF

• Target Earnings: $120,000 – $300,000+ per year (Performance-based).
• Uncapped Commissions: Your effort is the only limit on your income.
• Schedule: Full-time flexibility for those who can manage themselves.
