Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with solid experience in the Banking domain, especially candidates who have previously worked at Capital One or similar top-tier financial institutions. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable web applications that support key banking operations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for data integration.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to meet performance and security standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code versioning practices.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and data security best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer in the Banking / Financial Services industry.
- Prior experience working at Capital One, JP Morgan, or other major financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
- Front-end development using Angular or React.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Capital One, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, or other large financial institutions.
- Knowledge of Banking-specific applications and processes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
