Job Description

Requirements:

  1. All required documents for applying for a China Work Permit and Residence Permit must be complete, including but not limited to: Authenticated Bachelor’s degree or above; Non-criminal background check; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA...
  2. Applicants must be from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, or Ireland.
  3. A Bachelor’s degree or above is required; a major in Education is preferred.
  4. Experience in Full Time Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher and prior teaching experience in schools in China are preferred.
  5. Strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills, with the ability to design and adapt instruction in a multicultural school environment to meet diverse student needs.
  6. Demonstrates professional conduct, strong teamwork spirit, and a collaborative attitude.
*Location: Hainan Province, China Start Date: August 2026 Age Group: 2-6 years old Class Size: small class Weekly Days Off: 2 days off on weekends Office Hour : Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. *Benefit Package
  1. Competitive Monthly Salary(Pre-Tax) : RMB 24,000-27,000

  1. Serve as both an English teacher and homeroom teacher, supporting children’s language development.
  2. Collaborate closely with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants to support classroom teaching and daily routines.
  3. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and daily activities, including but not limited in reading time, and indoor/outdoor play.
  4. Create a safe, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment.
  5. Participate in kindergarten events, theme activities, parent meeting, etc. as required.
  6. Attend required routine school meetings, including HOD meetings, principal meetings, and all staff meeting, etc.
