Position Overview:

We are a growing, multi-location hospitality group seeking a Marketing & Social Media Administrator to support our restaurant brands across multiple concepts and locations. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality culture, storytelling and the importance of brand consistency while capturing the individuality of each location.

You will help bring our restaurants to life digitally—highlighting menus, cocktails, events and day-to-day moments—while supporting marketing initiatives across the group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage two weeks worth of social media content for multiple restaurant locations, ensuring alignment with each concept’s brand identity and overall group standards
• Schedule and publish all social media posts using our scheduling platform, ensuring accuracy in photos, captions, tags, hashtags, and location details
• Monitor social media channels daily, responding to guest inquiries related to reservations, hours, menus, events, and general restaurant questions in a timely and hospitable manner
• Identify and route private dining, catering, and partnership inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
• Design print and digital marketing assets for restaurant promotions, menu launches, seasonal features, special events, and brand activations
• Assist with maintaining content calendars, promotional timelines and marketing organization across locations
• Support additional marketing initiatives and administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food & beverage or hospitality marketing preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience and brand storytelling
• Experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally across multiple locations
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content planning
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
• Strong written communication skills with a guest-first mindset
