Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient clinic in Columbia, MO.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, physical exams, diagnostic tests, and medication prescriptions.
- Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and deliver compassionate, patient-centered communication.
- Support clinic efficiency and participate in process improvements.
Qualifications include an active Missouri NP license, national certification, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with competitive salary ($107K-$125K), benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, retirement, and more. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Work is in person; relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork.
