Invest Pro Realty is seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic 6-person team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants, and we’re looking for a team member who shares our values of attentiveness, ambition, and hard work.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; take detailed messages.
• Manage service calls, including processing and follow-ups.
• Accept and process tenant payments.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including documents and photos.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled in filing and organizing digital documents and photos.
• Strong written communication skills.
