Job Description

Implement talent recruitment plans based on the company's strategic goals, departmental talent demand plans, and development status;
Pay attention to industry talent trends, explore and optimize effective recruitment channels, and fully utilize various recruitment channels to obtain the necessary talents for the company;
Responsible for the deployment of recruitment, salary performance, and training modules both domestically and internationally;
Establish and maintain a database of applicants; Improve the recruitment system and process, regularly analyze and evaluate the recruitment effectiveness, improve recruitment efficiency, and do a good job in cultivating employee talents and building a talent pool platform for the company
Understand employee relationships, such as employment rules for domestic and overseas personnel, risk management, etc;
