Job Description

Private Duty RN Wednesday through Friday 8 am - 3 pm Dover, NH $40 per hour Per Diem Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty RN to join our team for a patient in Milton, New Hampshire. The Private Duty RN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in his home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements

Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
Home care experience preferred
Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
