Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Independent Practice Opportunity

Quad Cities Ketamine & Wellness Clinic is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to establish and grow an independent psychiatric practice within our multidisciplinary wellness clinic .

This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial provider who wants the advantages of an established clinic setting while maintaining full autonomy and responsibility for practice growth.

This Is Not a W2 Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor model . You will operate your own practice while benefiting from shared space, infrastructure, and internal referrals.

About the Opportunity

You will operate your own psychiatric practice within our established clinic , supported by our infrastructure, brand, marketing, and administrative systems. This model allows you to focus on patient care while we handle the heavy lifting.

Our clinic specializes in interventional and integrative mental health , including ketamine therapy, Spravato®, therapy, and whole-person wellness services.

• Dedicated office space within a well-established wellness clinic
• Front desk support for check-in and basic patient flow
• Listing on our website and social media features
• Internal referrals from ketamine services, therapy, and wellness providers
• Collaborative, professional clinical environment

What You’ll Do

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Diagnose and treat mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and related conditions
• Collaborate with therapists, ketamine providers, and wellness staff
• Determine treatment plans independently and ethically
• Maintain compliant documentation and clinical standards

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed PMHNP in Iowa
• Comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative setting
• Motivated to market and grow a private psychiatric practice
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centered
• Interest in integrative or interventional mental health strongly preferred

Position Details

• In-person practice in Davenport, IA
