Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with strong expertise in ETL testing, backend data validation, and healthcare domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, data warehouse concepts, and cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or Spanner. This role requires someone who can work independently, lead distributed teams, and collaborate effectively in Agile environments. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Skills:
6+ years of QA experience across multiple release cycles
3+ years in the healthcare domain
4+ years of ETL testing & backend data validation
Strong SQL, database, and data warehouse knowledge
Cloud experience (BigQuery, Spanner, or similar)
Python scripting & QA automation frameworks
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative methodologies
Hands-on DB testing & test management tools
Ability to lead distributed teams and mentor peers
Nice to Have:
Performance testing
UAT coordination
Experience with Informatica / Netezza
