Typical Schedule:

• 5-6 days per week
• 8 hour shift
• Opportunity for Overtime

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Dental Assistant at URBN Dental, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our doctors and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and showing patients to their exam rooms with warmth and professionalism
• Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries to ensure comfort and readiness
• Carrying out routine cleanings, checkups, and examinations
• Using Open Dental Software for patient records and treatment planning
• Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Taking accurate dental impressions and scans (familiarity with iTero preferred)
• Sterilizing and preparing dental tools and equipment according to OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists throughout procedures
• Performing post-procedure clean-up to maintain a sterile and efficient environment
• Taking high-quality X-rays safely and efficiently

Who You Are

• Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas 
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused
• A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, open to learning, and committed to continuous improvement
• A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Experience :

• Dental Assistant: 2 year (preferred)
• You're always learning and willing to learn

License/Certification:

• (TSBDE) Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
