What's the job?

• Execute high-volume phone and video outreach to warm leads
• Conduct structured enrollment calls designed to understand needs, qualify interest, and drive next-step commitments
• Position program offerings in a compelling, value-driven way to increase conversion rates
• Manage a robust pipeline of prospective students and maintain consistent follow-up
• Guide students through enrollment workflows and remove obstacles to keep momentum high
• Track outreach, activity, and enrollment metrics to hit weekly and monthly targets
• Identify and source additional prospective students through referrals and networking

What's needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Sales mindset with the ability to influence, persuade, and close
• Strong phone presence and comfort with high call volume
• Clear, concise written communication for fast-paced follow-up
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by hitting KPIs
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment with daily activity expectations
