Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Union County
Pay Rate: $14.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime as needed on Fridays
Position Overview:
We are hiring dependable General Laborers to support increased production demands. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with regular lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks to support daily production.
Safely lift, move, and handle materials (up to 50 lbs consistently).
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Assist team members and supervisors as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must have a resume.
