Who You’ll Work With
Slalom Workday Consultants work in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Workday investment. Workday consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients from strategic planning to implementation and sustainment. You will also support Workday customers at every stage of the lifecycle including early strategy and selection, implementation, and ensuring continued success after go-live. Our Workday Advisory capability partners with our clients to deliver Workday strategy and readiness, implementation support, and optimization and road mapping.
What You’ll Do - Works with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery
- Act as a client advocate and trusted adviser
- Responsible for HCM / Recruiting Workday implementations and Post-Production optimizations
- Solution advanced client requirements into Workday functionality
- Configure and implement Workday solutions to meet client requirements
- Document requirements and configuration for client delivery
- Demonstrate product knowledge through advisory guidance to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand challenges and Workday-related project requests
- Prepare and present educational Workday content and proposed solutions to clients
- Stay current with Workday product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape for continuous development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic and coordinated solutions
- Contribute to practice growth by leading and participating in internal initiatives
What You’ll Bring - Strong competency with HR and Recruiting functions
- 5 years of Workday functional implementation and/or optimization experience
- Workday certifications in HCM and Recruiting
- Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed
- Excellent written and oral communications skills

Compensation And Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Senior Consultant is $110,000-203,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Principal is $122,000-225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
